The demarcation is the operation which has for object to fix definitively the limit séparative of two contigües properties.

But, except commitment of his part to take at his expense the completeness of expenses, he can afterward ask for the application of the second paragraph of the article 646 of the Civil code which plans that the demarcation is made in freshly common.
